Role: Sourcing Manager - IT & Digital Procurement
Salary: to £52k + bonus to c£8k + benefits package

They are leaders in their industry (financial services) and have ambitious growth plans which include developing additional capability within their Procurement function.
This is a newly created role with the responsibility to own the strategic sourcing for IT & Digital products and services across the business as our client embark on their recently agreed 5-year IT/Digital Roadmap.
Requirement:
We're looking for a talented Procurement specialist who has a broad understanding of Technology and will be comfortable working with internal IT & Digital teams as well as negotiating with external suppliers.
You will have solid experience managing tenders, RFI's, RFQ's and RFP's, have demonstrable experience for owning strategic sourcing or category management and excellent stakeholder relationship skills.
Team:
This role will report into the Head of Category for IT & Digital and will be part of a cohort of c50 colleagues within this growing function. The main aim of growing the team is to reduce reliance on external managed service partners and have more control, consistency and increase internally capability during a period of significant growth.
