We are looking for an IT Contract Manager to join our team.

The IT Contracts Manager oversees the full lifecycle management of IT contracts and supports IT/data related reviews of client contracts. Expertise in data protection laws, information technologies, and contract management ensures alignment with organisational goals and regulatory standards. Acting as a primary liaison among internal teams, external suppliers, and B2B clients, they foster strong relationships and facilitate effective communication.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone managing IT contracts or similar roles within a complex organisational environment who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

What you'll bring to the role

  • Strong experience supporting drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts throughout their lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of applying UK and EU data protection laws (DPA, GDPR) to contract management.
  • Degree-level qualification (or equivalent experience
  • Relevant experience in IT, technical, or legal teams.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral), with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong research skills and familiarity with IT and Data Protection clauses in legal agreements.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining systems/procedures to enhance contractual records and meet obligations.
  • Knowledge of cloud technologies, software implementations, and associated contract structures (desirable).
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a comparable environment (desirable).
  • Awareness of ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials, and similar organisational accreditations (desirable).
