ABOUT YOU:
An experienced and motivated corporate professional with at least 5 years+ PQE, you will have sound technical skill and knowledge. Resilient and confident in managing your own caseload, with excellent drafting and interpersonal skills.
THE ROLE:
You will be covering a wide range of corporate commercial work from contracts, deals, mergers and acquisitions, demergers, shareholder agreements and joint venture agreements etc, you will have secretarial support and the scope to take control of your career path and progression with the guidance of a highly ranked and experienced team.

Hours
: 9am – 5:15pm (1hr 15mins lunch) – 35 hour week
