Hamlin Knight are currently recruiting for a Stock Control Planner for a Food Manufacturing Company based in Coventry.
The role of the Stock Control Planner will include:
Stock Control
- Update Planning Spreadsheets
- Raising Purchase orders with suppliers and planning inbound load volumes
- Track supplier packaging levels
- Create weekly demand forecast by product by customer
- Liaise with customers and suppliers on stock issues
- Managing promotional volumes
- Create and send the NAM's forecast monthly
Sales Order Processing
- Supporting the SCA with independent customer order processing
Stock Reconciliation
- Ensure stock figures held on internal MRP system are aligned with 3rd Party Warehouse stock systems
General Duties
- Weekly update of customer sales files
- Weekly check of BBE dates held on stock and arranging derogations as needed
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a retail demand planning role, ideally within a supply chain environment. Microsoft Excel skills/experience is essential and although not essential, experience using Pegasus Opera Supply Management Systems would be advantageous.
