Lettings Administrator / Consultant - Bayswater W2
A highly respected and long standing Independent property consultancy and management company are looking for a, committed, hardworking and capable Lettings Administrator / consultant based in Bayswater W2
As a Lettings administrator you must be able to handle your own workload, keep on top of any issues and priorities jobs as necessary.
Key tasks of this role include:
- Carrying out viewings with prospective tenants,
- Preparation of tenancy contracts for new lets.
- Advertising properties as they come onto the market.
- Booking in inventories and site appointments,
- Processing email and telephone enquiries for advertised properties
- Sending application forms to selected enquirers
- Processing application forms and selecting the appropriate tenant for the property
- Preparing marketing adverts,
- Progressing the application to a formal offer.
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
- Proven track record in property administration or property negotiators would be seen as beneficial
- Candidates should have a minimum of one-two years' administrative or customer service experience within a client facing environment,
- Experience in document checks and referencing is advantageous.
- Should be confident, well-presented and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office and Excel.
- This role involves working under pressure therefore candidates must be able to multi-task
- A car is required as you will need to go onto different sites.
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday - 9:00am to 5:30pm
Salary range will be: £30-£32KPA.
