Key Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a well established company based in Waterlooville.
Main duties will include:
- Supervising and motivating the warehouse and driving team, including all Warehousing, fulfilment, and logistics functions
- Route planning
- Providing clear leadership to team members
- Managing inbound/outbound yard and ensuring vehicles are unloaded and loaded safely
- Assist with the day-to-day use of the Warehouse Management System
- Assist with any fleet issues with may occur.
- Ensuring compliance with company health and safety requirements at a floor level
Key Skills:
- Previous Supervisor experience is essential
- Forklift experience is essential
- Experience in a logistics background is preferred
