Description
- Assisting with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
- Managing invoices and tracking payments.
- Ensuring financial records are kept up to date.
- Assisting with payroll procedures.
- Liaising with external auditors and dealing with any financial irregularities as they arise.
- Preparing financial statements and reports for senior management.
- Working closely with the rest of the finance team to streamline accounting functions and operations.
- Providing administrative support when needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting or related field.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and legislation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software applications.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
