Accounts Payable Assistant - Hybrid Working

Reed Accountancy is delighted to bring to market an opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join a successful business in the North Lanarkshire area. A full time permanent role, reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for processing and paying invoices in line with company terms.

This role offers the opportunity to work mostly from home, with only one day per week in the office, as well as an early finish every Friday. Working for a global business, you will have the opportunity to manage, process and pay invoices across various currencies and regions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Processing invoices and matching to PO
  • Preparing regular payment runs
  • Performing supplier statement reconciliations
  • Liaising with suppliers to manage any queries
  • Managing supplier database
  • Processing employee expenses
