School Youth Worker - INMAN
Job Title: Youth Worker Salary/ Rate: £90 – £110 per day Location: Stockport
MILK Education are currently working with a Secondary School within the Stockport who are seeking to appoint a Youth Worker to work alongside children with challenging behaviour or social, emotional and mental health needs on a long term basis. The pupils may come from disadvantaged backgrounds and need support with motivation/self belief within themselves personally as well as academically.
We are looking for people with experience as a Youth Worker who have previous experience working of leading groups of young adults in a school or outside setting.
- Have previous experience working with children or adults in the last 2 years
- Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
- Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
- Hold a current DBS that is registered with the update service or be willing to apply for a new one.
