- Managing and organising calendars and appointments
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports and presentations
- Coordinating and facilitating meetings, including minute-taking
- Answering and directing calls to appropriate executives and parties
- Supporting and contributing to team operations
- Handling confidential information with professionalism
- Providing general administrative support
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Profile
A successful PA should have:
- Experience in a similar PA role within the Business Services industry
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High proficiency in MS Office
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
