Job Title: Commissioning Engineer
Location: South Yorkshire
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commissioning Engineer with a strong background in the water industry and a proven track record of successfully commissioning water treatment plants and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the commissioning of water treatment plants, ensuring all systems and components are installed, tested, and operational.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process.
- Provide technical support and training to operational staff.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on commissioning activities and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Experience in commissioning within the water industry.
- Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel to various project sites as required.
