Recruitment and Onboarding Advisor

Reed Human Resources are recruiting a Recruitment and Onboarding Advisor on a permanent basis

You will join a dynamic and small friendly team. This is a key role for the organisation as it is responsible for all recruitment across all entities, setting up the annual recruitment plan and providing guidance to hiring managers. You will also be responsible for implementing the Recruitment system and process improvements to support recruitment activities. This includes supporting an inclusive culture, embedding equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging, and putting it at the heart of our client's recruitment.

Your key responsibilities:

You will lead and deliver on all recruitment activities including, but not prescriptive to the following areas:

  • Sole responsibility for end-to-end all recruitment process
  • Development and promotion of inclusive recruitment practices
  • Continuous improvement of our recruitment process
  • Partnership and Collaboration working to attract top talent
  • Employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Promotion of the company's benefits

About you

You will be a proactive and ambitious team player with a strong track record sourcing talent in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment needs of all of the Programmes and Support Functions.

Skills and experience:

You will have

  • Proven experience in global talent acquisition or recruitment at all levels, including sourcing for most senior roles in an organisation.
  • Knowledge of sourcing candidates through a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, social media platforms and online job sites.
  • Knowledge of inclusive recruitment practices.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Strong planning skills, attention to detail
  • A proactive and resourceful attitude, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Teams and Outlook.
