Customer Engagement and Insight Assistant

Could you be Incommunities new Customer Engagement and Insight Assistant? We are looking for a people focused individual with experience of working with a diverse range of customers and the ability to build a good rapport. You will provide administrative support to the team, support customers at the engagement sessions and help to ensure that all of our customers voices are heard.

We are a social housing landlord and one of the largest housing providers in the region with over 22,000 social and affordable homes, mainly in the Bradford district. We employ a talented workforce of nearly 1,000 people.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key member of the customer engagement & insight team to help ensure that all customer voices count
  • Provide practical and administrative support for customer engagement initiatives
  • Support the completion of customer research using a range of digital and in person methods
  • Provide support for customer insight projects to help the organisation deliver policy development and service improvement
  • Support the delivery of customer segmentation activities that support us to provide a great, tailored customer experience
  • Provide practical and administrative support for service improvement workshops and focus groups

  • Are enthusiastic and willing to learn, able to think creatively and to pick up new ways of working quickly
  • Confident in working autonomously and as part of a bigger team

Requirements

  • Experience of working in a customer focused role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong planning and organisation skills and an ability to work independently as a self-starter and collaboratively
  • Experience of organising events and meetings
  • Experience of creative thinking and adapting to new ways of working quickly
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages eg Excel, Word, PowerPoint
