The Role

  • Customer Focus: You'll be the first point of contact, providing exceptional estate agency advice and personal service to ensure customers receive the best possible experience.
  • Branch Leadership: Take ownership of each branch you're working in, ensuring both team motivation and branch profitability.
  • Team Motivation: Lead by example, running daily morning meetings and coaching sessions to inspire and guide the team.
  • Business Development: Generate new leads and secure new business, driving branch performance to exceed targets.
  • Property Valuations: Use your expertise to value properties and advise clients on showcasing their homes to achieve the best possible price.
  • Market Expertise: Stay informed on current market conditions and build a reputation as a trusted expert in your field.

The Person

  • Relationship Builder: You excel at building genuine connections with clients and have a strong record of converting valuations into listings and sales.
  • Experienced: A minimum of 2 years in listings with demonstrated success in sales management.
  • Adaptable Leader: Able to step into any team, quickly adjust, and lead effectively.
