Job Description:
As a Senior Security Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems for our clients across the West Midlands. You will lead a small team of engineers, ensuring that all projects are completed to a high standard and within agreed timescales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and service CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
- Lead a small team of engineers, providing guidance and support as required
- Liaise with clients to understand their security requirements and provide appropriate solutions
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions
- Complete service reports and maintain accurate records of work performed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Security Engineer, with expertise in CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
- Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems
- Experience leading a team of engineers
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Full UK driving license
