We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Total Reward Effectiveness Lead to a marketing leading global business during an exciting period of growth and change. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the effective and efficient execution of total reward priorities, ensuring that customers are at the heart of everything they do. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new chapter in Total Reward solutions and contribute to the success of the business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the effective and efficient execution of total reward priorities, ensuring that customer needs are met and business performance is enhanced.
- Embed project management rigor and measurement of team success to ensure the successful delivery of total reward initiatives.
- Drive change and risk management, ensuring that all practices are future-proofed, customer-centric, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement total reward strategies that support business goals.
- Provide expert guidance and support in project/programme management, analysis and problem-solving, change management, governance and assurance, and agile methodologies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in project/programme management, ideally with PMO experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, governance and assurance, and agile methodologies.
- Excellent business acumen and the ability to understand and align total reward strategies with business objectives.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to drive change and inspire others to achieve results.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, human resources, or a related discipline.
