Responsibilities:
�? Welcoming customers with a friendly and professional demeanour
?? Answering incoming calls, providing information and transferring calls to relevant departments
?? Distributing post and ensuring prompt delivery to recipients
?? Booking meeting rooms and managing schedules to facilitate effective communication
