Hybrid Admin Coordinator for 7 month contract

We are currently looking for an Admin Coordinator to join a Charity based in Westminster. This is a hybrid role and will be paying 25.5k pro rata which is £13 hour. This could suit a grad or college leaver with some Admin experience.

The role

  • Support the implementation of new systems and processes across the Department
  • Maintain team and departmental inboxes and provide first point of contact for enquiries
  • Support the coordination and delivery of events
  • Manage and maintain databases
  • Maintaining budgets, as appropriate
  • Booking and arranging travel
  • Manage and operate within the agreed business plan and budget
