What would I be doing?
As a member of the expanding Account Management team, you will manage approximately 100 existing digital accounts. You will quickly become the primary contact for these customers, presenting significant opportunities to upsell services such as Websites, SEO, and PPC.
Additionally, you will receive warm leads from other business areas and referrals, providing further opportunities to sell the full range of our products and services.
What would they expect from me?
We are looking for someone with experience in a Digital Sales or Digital Account Manager role, with a strong understanding of websites, SEO, and PPC. They should be adept at qualifying and selling websites from incoming leads and possess fantastic interpersonal skills, essential for being a team player in a small agency.
You'll have the ability to sell, coordinate, and participate in new business campaigns, be confident with excellent presentation skills, and exhibit strong organisational abilities. Self-motivation and the ability to work independently are crucial, as are skills in managing relationships with clients and internal teams.
