Administration Officer - Part Time

Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new challenge? ASL Technical are working with a leading automotive manufacturer based in Bedfordshire who have a part time requirement for an Administrative Officer to join their busy Travel team.

Main Purpose of Administrator

  • To arrange the booking of all travel for all levels of staff
  • To understand traveller's requirements and make travel arrangements using online tool.
  • To understand traveller's requirements and make travel arrangements using an offline process within the business travel agent.
  • To support the preparation of data related to travel such as spend, lead time for bookings, destinations etc.

Experience / Knowledge for the Administrator

  • Strong skills in attention to detail to ensure trips are booked correctly
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft office skills (preferred)
  • Flexible approach to overtime opportunities
  • Ability to engage clearly with others
  • Worked on a travel desk before or with a travel booking system previously (preferred)
