We are currently seeking a Maths Teacher for a short-term supply cover position in Tunbridge Wells. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is ready to start immediately and can deliver high-quality maths instruction to students.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Deliver maths lessons to students across various year groups, ensuring that each session is engaging and informative.
  • Adapt quickly to different classroom settings and school policies.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
  • Monitor student progress during lessons and provide immediate assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a cohesive educational experience for all students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Maths.
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for maths.
  • Proven experience in teaching maths at various educational levels.
  • Excellent classroom management skills and the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to new environments and school cultures.
  • Immediate availability to take on the supply role.
