An innovative, market-leading insurance company have two exciting opportunities for talented People Services Coordinators to join our dynamic People team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex. We have one permanent role and one fixed-term contract position covering maternity leave for a period of between 12-16 months.
As the People Services Co-Ordinator you'll be working within our small shared services team supporting multiple office sites, providing comprehensive People Services support to colleagues across the group at all levels in relation to Human Resources, Talent/Recruitment and Learning & Development.
Working flexibly, you'll spend most of your time working from home, with one day a week spent in the office (so living within a commutable distance to Haywards Heath, West Sussex, would be perfect. But of course, it's your choice - if you prefer to be in the office more - that's good with us too!

What's involved:
- You'll offer an excellent service to colleagues at all levels within the business by being the first point of contact for People related queries (HR, Learning & Talent), always representing the company in a professional manner, resolving queries in line with SLAs and in accordance with Group Policies and relevant employment legislation.
- You'll maintain the appropriate People Services Inboxes/Ticketing services along with all associated HR/Talent/Learning procedures to ensure timely responses and relevant information is provided.
- You'll also provide support across the wider People Team helping to co-ordinate learning agreements/interview processes, responding to queries, and providing support with other ad-hoc HR/learning/talent activities. You'll be involved in notetaking for employee relations related meetings, you support the Benefits/Reward team and will play a key role in scheduling learning courses for L&D.
- You'll manage the HR, Learning and Talent processes for your assigned pillar and will also provide support to other team members areas of accountability to cover leave and peaks of workload.
- You'll proactively manage all leaver processes in a timely manner, ensuring wherever possible leavers are processed within 24 hours of notification to minimise payroll issues. Manage the exit interview with the colleague, dealing with feedback in a professional manner and raising any issues appropriately.
Qualifications
- Relevant HR/Talent/Learning experience.
- CIPD Level 3 or the desire to work towards.
Experience
- Recent proven HR/Learning/Talent experience.
- Experience using People systems i.e. Workday.
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office applications at high levels.
