Responsibilities:
- Sales Ledger:

Process sales invoices promptly and accurately.

Assist with UK warehouse invoicing.

Review, reconcile, and process discounts and allowances.

Perform account reconciliations.

Support credit control efforts.

Handle Amazon sales invoicing and payment reconciliations.
- Purchase Ledger:

Manage supplier invoicing and statements.

Handle credit card expenses.

Assist with UK factory invoices.

Support UK purchase ledger activities.

Process expenses.

Participate in weekly payment runs.
- Banking:
- Post cashbook entries and allocate transactions.
- Month-End Tasks:

Reconcile cashbooks.

Perform aged creditors reconciliations.

Reconcile third-party warehouse and supplier accounts.
- Other Responsibilities:

Administer reseller certificates.

Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- AAT qualification or equivalent (desirable but not essential).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
