?? Laboratory Manager Opportunity, in Essex! ??

Join our friendly laboratory team and take on the role of Laboratory Manager. As the leader of our laboratory, you'll be responsible for its smooth running and overseeing our dedicated technicians.

?? Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and train our laboratory technicians, providing support as needed.
Conduct performance reviews and set objectives to ensure our team thrives.
Meet laboratory targets and assist the Technical and Sales teams.
Maintain laboratory equipment and uphold the highest levels of health and safety.
Cover occasional night shifts for holiday or sickness periods.
Perform other related tasks as requested.

?? Testing and Sampling:

Conduct in-house testing of raw materials and finished products.
Report and record test results accurately.
Manage consumables and order supplies for the laboratory.
Dispose of samples responsibly.
Produce laboratory blends upon request.

�? The Ideal Candidate:

Holds a degree in Chemistry.
Has previous experience managing an Analytical, QC, or Testing Laboratory.
Possesses strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Excels at multitasking and managing time effectively.
Communicates exceptionally well and exhibits great IT skills.

?? Salary, Benefits, and Perks:

- Salary: £34,000 per annum.
