The Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant will lead the development and execution of shopper marketing strategies within the FMCG industry. This role will work with shopper insights; and deliver excellent activation in store with leading retailers across the UK. The role will provide hybrid work, ideally 1 or 2 days per week in Buckinghamshire and could also be considered on a part-time 4 days per week contract.

The successful Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant should;

  • Develop and execute shopper marketing strategies for the FMCG industry.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver shopper-centric marketing plans.
  • Manage marketing agency relationships to ensure effective and efficient execution of plans.
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and drive brand preference.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on shopper behaviour and market trends.
  • Manage budget and resources effectively to deliver optimal return on investment.

Profile

A successful Shopper Marketing Manager/ Consultant should have:

  • Prior experience in a shopper/trade marketing role within the FMCG industry.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing shopper marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and consumer behaviour.
  • Experience managing marketing agency relationships.
