We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to provide support to 3 Senior Executives.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism is crucial in this role.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for being an assistant and a positive can-do attitude. Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and work styles is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Sharepoint is required, along with a willingness to continually learn and develop skills. Effective written and verbal communication is important for building relationships and achieving work outcomes.

In addition to handling repetitive tasks with excellence, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take on challenging projects that will enhance their capabilities. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, travel planning, assisting with meeting preparation and projects, and implementing ideas for greater efficiencies.

The candidate should be available for occasional off-hours support and may need to travel to support remote meetings as needed.

Professional and diligent with a minimum of 5+ years of experience as an assistant to senior executives.

Proficiency in technology tools and resources, excellent references, strong written and verbal skills, and attention to detail are also required.
