IN2 Consult is currently hiring for a Trainee recruitment consultant to join our team on a permanent basis. This role will be working on a warm desk and has excellent opportunities to bill from the very begining. Job Duties:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for clients, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs.
- Provide expert advice on recruitment strategies and market trends to clients.
- Negotiate terms of business and contracts with clients.
- Work closely with candidates to understand their career goals and match them with suitable job opportunities.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
- Manage candidate offers, negotiations, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the database.
- Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role.
- Demonstrable track record of successful placements and client management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practises and employment legislation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of market trends and industry developments.
Desirable
- Experience in headhunting and executive search.
- Experience in a specific industry sector finance
Working Conditions:
This role may require occasional travel to client sites. The working hours are typically Monday to Friday.
