My client, a market leading business services organisation in the West Midlands is looking to recruit a Senior Communications Manger.

This exciting position will lead on both internal and external comms at a time of strategic change and transition. A transformative role, that requires both a strategic planner and a capable do-er. The Senior Communications Manager will be responsible for defining and delivering detailed communication strategies across internal stakeholders and external customers. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging content across various platforms.

The role will encompass:

  • Define and deliver internal communication strategies to engage employees and align them with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create compelling content for employee communications, and other internal communication channels.
  • Prepare senior leadership packs
  • Working with marketing team to deliver external communications that enhance the company's reputation and brand image among customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following skills/expertise:

  • Extensive experience across internal and external comms
  • Strategic operational experience
  • Excellent hands-on writing skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Passion, drive and the desire to have a real impact
