I am currently searching for an experience, enthusiastic and passionate Year 6 teacher who can get to Rochdale.

Start Date: September 2024. Register and get shortlisted now!
Duration: Full academic year.
Pay: £140 - £240 per day (UPS3), depending on experience.

Year 6 Teacher Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-performing Year 6 class, ensuring progress and achievement.
  • Adapt teaching methods and materials for students, including those with SEND and EAL.
  • Understand age-related expectations, using scaffolding and extensions to optimize outcomes.
  • Maintain records, analyze data for reteaching, and sustain high attainment levels.
  • Assess and monitor student progress through formative and summative assessments.
  • Provide constructive feedback and maintain accurate records of achievements and areas for improvement.

Essential Requirements:

  • QTS (or an equivalent teaching qualification)
  • Excellent references supporting KS1/KS2 experience
  • A CV covering full employment history
  • The right to work in the UK
