A prestigious business based in Central London is looking for an accomplished Head of IT to join its team. The firm embraces flexibility so you will be able to work from home on Mondays and Fridays.
In order to be suitable for this role of significant responsibility you must be a proven leader with a collaborative style and passion for technology. You will manage and mentor a small team of IT professionals (provided by an MSP) and will foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will devise and implement the IT strategy and deliver a robust, efficient, and secure technology environment. You will provide an outstanding support service to 50 corporate users, oversee a budget of £2m, and provide advice and guidance on SMART technology utilized across the property estate. Previous experience working as a Head of IT within the property sector would be beneficial to your application but is not essential.
In addition to creating and delivering the IT roadmap you will partner with key external suppliers and internal stakeholders so excellent communication skills and an ability to develop positive working relationships is fundamental to the role. You will manage the entire technology estate, including voice, data, network, business applications, on-prem and cloud solutions so broad ranging experience is a prerequisite.
