Key Responsibilities:
Raise Firm Profile: Utilise diverse marketing strategies to enhance our visibility across three regions.
Build Credibility: Develop initiatives to strengthen our reputation with target audiences.
Foster Relationships: Create opportunities for BD colleagues and fee earners to build lasting client relationships.
Manage Teams: Oversee the Content Group, Design Manager, and Events Team, with potential to manage the Tender and Data Quality teams.
Strategic Leadership:
Marketing & BD Plans: Collaborate with fee earners to implement marketing and business development plans.
Content Strategy: Lead the execution of our content strategy, ensuring high-quality, engaging content.
Events Management: Deliver impactful events that enhance our profile and relationships.
Client Insights: Collect and share valuable client and market insights.
Client Experience: Develop a consistent, high-quality client experience across the firm.
Cross-Selling: Contribute to cross-selling initiatives to drive growth.
Collaborative Projects:
Tactical Planning: Work with sector groups to develop and implement effective marketing tactics.
Campaign Development: Partner with the BD team to identify targets and create lead-generating campaigns.
Audience Targeting: Ensure quality data supports marketing plans, working closely with the Data Quality team.
Content Creation: Collaborate with sector leads and the Content Team to produce and repurpose sector-specific content.
Campaign Coordination: Oversee campaigns delivered by internal teams and external agencies.
Market Insights: Conduct competitor reviews to identify growth opportunities and potential product innovations.
Team Management:
Marketing Execution: Guide the marketing team to achieve successful outcomes, focusing on "credibility through content."
Engaging Content: Ensure delivery of engaging content across various formats (written, video, podcasts, infographics).
Website Optimisation: Maintain an informative, interactive website that drives client engagement and lead generation.
Social Media: Support the Social Media and Content Manager to leverage LinkedIn and other platforms for profile raising and relationship building.
Content Analytics: Utilize analytics to refine content strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
Consistent Messaging: Ensure a unified message and tone across all communications.
Event Management: Lead the Events team to deliver effective learning and engagement events.
Data Quality: Ensure high-quality data drives decision-making and content delivery.
