Are you an experienced front of house officer or visitor host looking for an opportunity to add real value within a superb, modern office space and join a welcoming, supportive team? If so, our client based on the outskirts of Leeds is looking to recruit a front of house/visitor Host. This is a varied and rewarding role, with a combination of responsibilities ranging from meeting and greeting clients to supporting with meeting rooms and wider administration. We are looking for a warm and well-presented candidate who is confident working both independently and, in a team, ideally with experience within a front of house position or similar client facing hospitality/retail role.
This will be a fully office-based position due to the nature of the role.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- First point of call for all visitors and clients.
- Carrying out routine checks on communal areas.
- Supporting visitors and delivering excellent customer service.
- Dealing with client requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Answering the phone, emails and supporting with all enquiries.
- Managing meeting rooms.
- Cleaning and preparing meeting rooms at start of day and after each meeting.
- Ad hoc duties were required.
Skills and Experience required:
- Strong customer service skills and genuinely passionate about providing outstanding service Strong team player and willingness to help.
- Good verbal communication skills, understanding importance of listening to customer needs.
- High levels of attention to detail in work.
- Basic IT skills - able to use MS Outlook.
