Job Advert: Cover Supervisor - Secondary Schools, Chesterfield
Are you passionate about education and looking for flexible work in secondary schools? We are seeking a Cover Supervisor for immediate start to work in secondary schools across Chesterfield, primarily with Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies.
Support students in completing pre-set work - no lesson planning or marking required.
Requirements:
Experience in a school setting (essential).
Strong classroom management skills.
Ability to engage and motivate students.
Driving is preferred due to travel between schools.
