Operations Support Apprentice

Cullen Packaging in Glasgow are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their team as an Operations Support Apprentice. Cullen Packaging are rapidly growing and produce sustainable packaging to support businesses worldwide. They have been trading for over 100 years and began as a family business and now they have a massive 15 acre site.

You will complete an SCQF Level 6 qualification as part of your apprenticeship and full training will be provided.

What will I be doing?

  • General admin duties such as processing orders and invoices on Pegasus
  • Use of Microsoft Office packages to complete tasks
  • Processing sales orders and enquiries
  • Liaising with suppliers / production for order confirmations and ensuring due dates are met whilst keeping customers up to date
  • Co-ordinating invoices and ensuring these are sent on time
  • Assisting with core stock re-ordering
  • Completing invoice queries

What do I need to be successful?

  • A good understanding of aspects of Microsoft Packages

Salary:

£14,000 per annum

Working hours:

34.45 hours per week, 8:45am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, Friday 8:45am – 3:30pm
