Pension Scheme Coordinator
- Location: Redhill
- Pay: £12.50 - £13.30 per hour DOE
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends or Bank Holidays
- Contract: 3 month temporary role, potential for extensions

Responsibilities:
- Administer occupational pension schemes
- Handle new joiners, leavers, retirees, and contributions
- Communicate via phone, letter, and email
- Deliver top-notch customer service
- Address queries using standard procedures
- Escalate issues promptly
- Monitor workflow to meet service levels
- Perform accurate manual calculations
- Support complex projects
- Learn clients' pension schemes
- Suggest service improvements
Your Experience:
- High level of accuracy
- Experience in DB or DC pensions (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills
- Customer-focused
- Computer literate
- Able to manage time and priorities
