This is an exciting opportunity for a driven Private Client Lawyer to join this expanding, talented team!
This distinguished firm is on the lookout for a skilled legal professional with a minimum of three years' experience, as the chosen candidate will need to step into the role with confidence and require limited guidance.
Responsibilities:
As a Private Client Lawyer, you will take on a broad array of private client cases, including:
- Court of Protection matters
- Drafting of Wills
- Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
- Strategic Tax Planning
- Trusts Management
Essential Criteria:
- A qualified legal practitioner with at least three years' experience in private client law
- Ambitious professional with a desire to advance within the field
- Strong skills in organisation and communication.
- Proven leadership capabilities, supported by one secretary
