DATA SCIENTIST

UP TO £60,000 + BENEFITS (50% BONUS POTENTIAL)

OXFORDSHIRE 5 DAYS A WEEK

THE COMPANY

This is a very unique opportunity at a boutique games studio as a Data Scientist with extremely strong benefits and a fantastic culture, retaining over 90% of their staff over the last 7 years with circa 30 heads in the business. The company is privately owned and has maintained strong profit margins over the past years, delivering bonuses above 50% consistently.

Please note that employees in this company are in the office 5 days a week in central Oxfordshire, however, they offer a relocation package alongside strong benefits and company culture to compliment, whilst working 37.5 hours a week. They are also very flexible on the timings of being in the office, and people tend to work 7.5 hours a day, starting between 7.30-9.30am.

Another big sell is that the company has an extremely flat structure, with everyone reporting directly into c-suite, allowing for lots of opportunity for impact, value-add and ownership. The sky is the limit! If you're a football fan, you will also get Club Wembley football tickets too.

  • An inquisitive thinker, with a keen eye for deep-dive projects
  • Experience optimising products and campaigns, driving user engagement within games
