GSL Education Hull is looking for graduates in Driffield to work in primary, secondary and SEN schools throughout Driffield beginning April 2024.
As a Graduates, you will:
- Offer individual and small group support for students' academic, personal, and social development.
- Provide additional support in your area of expertise.
- Work with the classroom teacher to facilitate educational activities.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for students to thrive in.
- Create lesson plans that are tailored to the needs of each individual student.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students with special education needs, such as learning disabilities or autism.
Graduates requirements:
- Hold a degree at 2:2 classification or higher.
- Have a genuine desire and passion to work in the education sector.
- Be a flexible, dynamic, and nurturing practitioner.
- Be able to use humour as a way of engaging young people.
In return, you will:
- Earn a competitive daily salary of £70-£90.

- Access over £4000 in CPD opportunities, including Autism Awareness, SEN Certificate, Team Teach, and formal Teaching Assistant qualifications.
