Part Time H&S Administrator - 12 month contract

Our client, a highly successful construction company based in High Wycombe, is looking for a part time H&S Administrator to join their team on a one year fixed term contract.

We can be flexible on hours and the role could suit someone to work 3 full days or 4 to 5 half days or school hours, so we envisage the role to be around 18-20 hours per week.

Based out of the town centre High Wycombe office, benefits include parking onsite, 25 days holiday (pro rata), pension contribution, cycle to work scheme, private medical insurance (after qualifying periods), income protection and employee assistance programme.

A basic understanding of Health and Safety, Quality and Environment would be highly beneficial but full training will be given.

Up to £27k if full time.

Main Duties

  • Assist the HSQE Director in maintaining the current HSQE Management System
  • Coordination and collation of records to support HSQ KPI submissions
  • Administer the supplier and subcontractor (PQQ) approval process
  • Prepare data for the HSQ monthly reports
  • Maintain on-line records
  • Coordinate and issue weekly site HSQ inspection schedules
  • Administer the distribution and filing of HSQ project site records
  • Assist with the collation of records to support HSQE certification and award applications
  • Assist the HSQE Director in the preparation of responses to enquiries, pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQ's), etc.

Skills/Experience

  • Microsoft Office - Excel (ideally intermediate level), Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent and demonstrable verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in data entry and maintaining databases / CRM systems
  • Confident in producing reports via various methods, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
