Reporting to the Financial Controller, the role of Finance Administrator will take responsibility for the accounts payable and receivable function for the Group, and payment process for our rapidly growing property portfolio. The role will suit a highly organised, diligent individual looking to further their career in finance.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Accounts payable function for the Group, including communicating with suppliers
- Responsibility for accounts receivable function for the Group, liaising with our in-house asset manager and external tenants
- Monthly payment process for the Group
- Maintenance and tracking of intercompany loan documentation on a monthly basis
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations for the Group
- Assist during the year end audit process where required
- Company secretarial responsibilities including submission of confirmation statements and incorporation of new companies
Additional / Development Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of monthly VAT returns
- Assist with preparation of monthly CIS returns
- Assist with bank account treasury responsibilities and liquidity analysis

Essential Skills / Experience
- Minimum 6 GCSEs or equivalent (Grades 5-9)
- A levels preferred
