Are you an experienced driver seeking a new opportunity? We have openings for our technology client in Islington (N7).
Shift Details:
- Friday to Monday (4 Days)
- Morning Shift: 06:30am-15:30pm
- Afternoon Shift: 14:30pm-23:30pm
- Work week consists of 4 days
Pay:
- £15.00 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay)
Job Description:
Drivers will operate electric vans and cars on designated routes using satellite navigation. This enables onboard software to gather real-time road data, processed onsite at the end of each shift.
We seek disciplined, experienced drivers with excellent driving habits to ensure accurate data collection.
Candidates must pass a driving practical driving assessment to start this role.
Drug and alcohol tests will be conducted onsite.
- Please note* ideal candidate for this role needs to have a high skill of driving e.g. following all road rules, Following Speed limits, Both hands on steering wheel, Great focus and attention to surroundings and etc... at all times*
We are very strict on our practical test and anyone that doesn't meet our high driving standards will not be offered the position and will only be wasting their own time.
All vehicles will have onboard cameras and the driver will be recorded at all times whilst driving due to the nature of the work.
Please note their is no parking on site and suitable candidates will need to get public transport in to work/ or Motorbike parking can be accomadated.
Requirements:
- Full manual UK driving licence held for 8+ years
- Clean driving record with no points
- No major disqualifications in the last 11 years
- No at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- Must complete theory and driving assessments
- Previous experience as a driving instructor/assessor/ Bus Driver/ HGV Driver are advantageous but not essential.
- Professional and respectful Attitude towards work and Colleagues.
