Community Manager, Property, Events Plymouth

his role will overseeVenaspace's established business centre in Plymouth, a large multi tenanted serviced office, with coworking, conference & events space. You will ensure the smooth operation of the properties, focusing on Community building and the exposure of the Venaspace. Your aim is to ensure you are driving Venaspace's core values whilst delivering exceptional client experience and ensure a strong sense Community in the centre.

Venaspace is one of the leading office space providers in the Southwest, servicing businesses across 3 sites in Bournemouth,Exeter and Plymouth. We offer unique office, co-working and meeting room services, with a focus on reducing our environmental impact, creating energy efficient buildings, and offering modern facilities and creative spaces.

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage all building operations and smooth running of the centres.
  • Delivering theVenaspace client experience; putting our clients' businesses at the heart of our product offering.
  • Arranging and attending viewings with prospective clients.
  • Create & Lead Community building events across our centres to enhance the Community experience, working closely with our Community Manager team in Bournemouth and Plymouth.
  • Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and Fire Safety across our sites.
  • Inspecting and arranging maintenance across the site.
  • Maintain a positive and productive relationship with clients
  • Advertise and market available space to attract new clients
  • Attend local networking events (morning and evening) to promote space available and other services offered by Venaspace.
  • Work closely with the Community Team to market and promote Venaspace services and to come up withnew ideas of marketing locally.
  • Ensure good record keeping across all sites.
  • Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities to continue growth.
  • Work closely with management to develop new revenue streams across all sites.

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering client experience is desired
  • Experience of working within Building Management/Property management is an advantage.
  • In-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding Property Management is an advantage.
  • Competency in MS Office and relevant software.
  • Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
  • Well organised and excellent time management skills
  • UK Driving licence (not essential)
