Description
The Commercial Contracts Manager position based in Oxfordshire will involve the following tasks:
- Contract drafting and review
- Work closely with the bids and tenders teams
- Negotiation of contractual agreements
- Drafting terms and conditions
- Provide ongoing legal support throughout the life cycle of the contract
- Process contract updates and variation requests
- Handle contract renewals
- Ensure contracts are signed and filed correctly
- Act as first point of contact for general contract queries
Profile
The successful candidate for the Commercial Contracts Manager will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience of working in a similar role
- Experience of drafting and reviewing of contracts
- Be able to identify and mitigate risk
- An understanding of the tender process would be an advantage
- Have excellent communication skills
