Working model: Hybrid: 3 days office and 2 days home
Salary £35 - 38K 12.5% pension, Private health 25 days annual leave

Job Purpose: Due to continuing expansion, our client, a membership organisation is seeking a Finance Manager to play a pivotal role in their financial operations and support our ambitious growth trajectory. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership to maintain financial integrity, while also contributing to strategic innovations that will shape the future of our organisation
- Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger (some credit control)
- Bank and credit card allocations and reconciliations.
- Payroll processing and journals, recharges and reconciliations.
- VAT returns and reconciliation with the nominal ledger.
- Dealing with HMRC on payroll and taxation.
- Accruals and prepayments schedules.
- Maintain the fixed asset register.
- Post adjustments from auditors.
- Monthly profit and loss accounts and balance sheets.
