YOLO Recruitment is seeking an Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager for their busy dealership High Wycombe based.
The successful candidate will assist management to achieve the highest possible CSI scores, lead and support a team of skilled technicians and promote a positive and productive work environment, oversee the daily activities of the workshop.
The Workshop Controller will also understand how to maximise hours sold, drive revenue per transaction, and ensuring 100% adherence.
Hours for the Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager are Monday to Friday 8.00 - 6.00. 1 in 3 Saturdays paid as overtime 8.30 - 12.30.
Duties of the Workshop Controller / Workshop Manager :
- Job allocations
- Looking after Technicians
- QC and productivity
- Control and monitor work in progress
- Ensuring availability and timely ordering
- Manage parts orders
