Salary: Basic £20,000 - £48,000 OTE

The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a motivated and passionate Sales Executive for our client's prestigious dealership in Salisbury. This role offers an exciting chance to work with a progressive and innovative brand, providing exceptional customer service while achieving sales and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering a first-class customer experience by advising on products and services available.
- Managing the ordering and handover of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meeting and exceeding volume and profitability targets.
- Maintaining high standards of showroom presentation.
About You
The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed, with experience in sales or customer service. While previous experience in the motor trade is not essential, a passion for cars and the ability to understand and meet customer needs is crucial.
