Head of Operations (Condition Monitoring)
Salary: Basic up to £65,000 + Company Car Allowance £5,000, Benefits
Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
A large Blue-Chip organisation is currently looking for a Head of Operations within Condition Monitoring and Vibration Analysis. The Head of Operations will be required to provide day-to-day leadership and operational support to operational team leaders as well as ensuring direct and indirect reports are motivated and engaged to deliver excellent customer service. You will be required to build strong relationships and your purpose will be to make sure all operational employees conduct their days professionally and safely, to complete the satisfaction of their customers.
Skills required for an Head of Operations (Condition Monitoring)
- Technical knowledge of condition based monitoring processes, methods and systems is absolutely essential
- Practical experience with condition based monitoring processes would also be ideal
- Able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience of leading technical field force teams engaged in diverse operational activities
- Proven experience of Profit and Loss management and an understanding of how this works
- Be able to communicate confidently and clearly to employees at all levels, including Senior Executive Teams
- Full UK driving Licence
- The candidate will ideally live close to the Head Office in Rotherham, however my client will consider this candidate working from the Warrington offices.
