Job Title: Senior Operations Manager - Fixed Term Maternity Contract (12-13 months)

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Health & Safety best practices.
- Lead event logistics from planning to completion.
- Manage budgets and negotiate with suppliers.
- Build strong internal and external relationships.
- Oversee Salesforce and operational processes.
Qualifications:
- 6-8 years in B2B events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- IOSH Certification required; First Aid desirable.
- Strong project management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
