with specialism in Real Estate, regarding a role we have for a well-respected law firm in St Albans, Hertfordshire.
The ideal candidate will have upwards of 2+ years of experience within commercial property, be capable of managing a mixed & varied real estate caseload.
The successful department you will join is recognised for their Commercial Property team which is a small commercial property team & have good quality and a variety of work.
The department is specialist on advising the below:
- Buying and Selling Property
- Property Development
- Sales & Purchase
- Commercial Landlord & Tenant
