Position: Electronic Engineer
Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits
The role: An exciting new role has been created for a electronics engineer to join our client as they continue to develop innovative products for the healthcare sector. They have plenty of new project work available and an exciting roadmap planned. Their office is based in the north Birmingham area, with parking available on site, they are also only a short walk from a mainline train station so easily commutable via public transport.
Skills and experience required:
- Digital circuit design
- PCB design and layout
- ARM, STM32 Processors
- UART, RS232, RS485, I2C, Ethernet
This role will best suit an Electronic Design Engineer who is passionate about developing innovative solutions for a product range that improves people's lives. You will be comfortable in a small team environment and enjoy the variety of work this style of working presents. You will ideally have experience in a senior or lead technical role and comfortable taking on a lead role and having a real impact in all decisions related to electronics design.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Altium design package suite
- Wireless protocols: BLE, ZigBee, WiFi etc
- Medical industry experience
